Availability

How the service is built to stay up, and what is and is not promised about it.

What is designed in

The service runs across a global network with no single machine to lose, and changes are released and rolled back in seconds. So there are no maintenance windows and the service is not taken down to ship a change.

What is not promised

There is no service level commitment here, and no support commitment. Both belong to whoever operates this installation and to any agreement you have with them; this page cannot promise them on their behalf, so it does not. The End User Licence Agreement sets out what is and is not warranted.

If you need a binding availability figure, remedies for missing it, or a support response time, get them in writing from the operator.

Incidents

Where an incident affects the security of personal data, notification is not a courtesy but a duty, and it is set out in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Terms — including the deadlines. Anything short of that is for the operator to communicate as they see fit.

Your data, in your hands

You can export your content at any time, and an organisation’s administrators can export everything created in it. We recommend doing so on a schedule that matches how much you would mind losing it.
